I've returned to using a booking form to start off negotiations after a few years of trying free form applications and negotiating from scratch with each person. The questions I ask haven't really changed over the years but screening has- please do not contact me if you are not prepared to screen with references or gov' ID.
The more you give me to work with as far as info about your current interests/ boundaries, the more personalized the play/ experience can be and the more choices we will have. There's always room for your desires to change or to dive into new territory.
I respond to emails in big chunks in between outdoor adventures and sessions when I have the capacity so be patient and understand that I do offer overnight and full day sessions and do not respond to emails during playtime or dayhikes and sometimes not afterward either- sometimes it takes a few days for me to catch up on my email queue!
Please save further thoughts or questions for your next response to me rather than sending multiples or text/ chat-style emails, they actually bump your email thread to the end of the queue.
