Here’s my request form for online play opportunities and:

I’ve laid out booking options with Tribute here as a temporary landing place for those booking distanced play or interactions, especially as we go into winter here.

Payment is made in full to book. I send and confirm the when/where/how etc after tribute/ booking basics are completed. Rescheduling is generally possible with 48hrs notice, but there may be a wait until the next opportunity.
